Folks, this is currently marked as the last blocker for beta1. I asked Mikos
about this offline, and he explained to me that:
* We've documented the Docker feature as experimental
* It's off by default
* This isn't a regression from an earlier 3.0.0 alpha release
Given this, I'd like to drop this off the blocker list and proceed with the
beta1 release.
Alternatively, if there's some quick hack we could do to unblock the release,
I'm all ears.
