CS is doing what you described, but FS is seeing
{{NODE_LABEL_EXPRESSION_NOT_SET}} when it's deciding what to do with an app.
This patch restores the original value but splits the methods on {{RMApp}} so
that FS sees a real label, but the original gives a label for display. I don't
think there's any need to adjust the names. I adjusted the javadoc instead.
