As for the major changes, this patch
- makes appld and queueName clickable
- makes all the donut charts (and thus the cluster-overview page) responsive by
splitting them into two divs, a chart and a legend. The chart part can be
resized
- updates all the panel > donut-chart structures to use proper panel >
panel-body > donut-chart structure. This makes the previous point possible.
- aligns the bar charts better (but doesn't fix their text crop problem)
