thanks [~haibo.chen] for attaching patch. Yep, there are issues in HBase-2
which is impacting our ATSv2 functionalities.
Update from weekly call : Vrushali pointed out 2 Hbase JIRA i.e HBASE-17732
HBASE-18884 which is on-going in HBase community will impact backward
compatibility of co-processors. So decided to pause this work till HBase
community takes decisions on these 2 JIRAs.
