Thanks for the patch!
The description of the property in yarn-default.xml should be updated to
document how a user requests no capabilities. As it is now the user will
likely set this to an empty value and not realize they're getting quite a few
capabilities by default.
It would be nice to cleanup the checkstyle issues.
