After discussion with Jian, we agree to revert back to Patch 03, and removed
changes in PUT method. This unit test case only contains negative test cases
to simulate exception that will throw from ServiceClient. There is no full
integration test case for positive case. The positive integration test will be
included in YARN-7015.
