Yes, Varun and I both tried it on our laptops with JDK7 but the test passes
locally.
We were discussing this and plan to see if the test is failing on jenkins
regardless of this jira's patch. I am thinking this jira in theory should not
affect the TestTimelineReaderWebServices test so let's see what happens with a
patch that just updates the test. We want to also add a timeout on the test and
see if we can get some more logs as well.
