Thanks [~sunilg] for looking into it.
Agree that its related to RM admin operation. Based on earlier feedback by
[~wangda] (probably in the main jira or in the shared design document), he was
mentioning to have the CLI more meaningful similar to the K8's interface, but
let the client connect to the Admin protoc in the backend. Based on it i have
added a new CLI
