I have committed the backport of the UI code to branch: YARN-3368_branch2

Uploading YARN-7169-YARN-3368_branch2.0001.patch which was generated after the
ATSv2 merge to branch2.
So this patch is based on the diff at commit
5e7491d5320d0c9bbceacebb7d884978677f804b using the command:
