I just realized that if there are any other schedulers configured then user
configured application lifetime will be ignored all the time. I think it is
better to change return value in
AbstractYarnScheduler#checkAndGetApplicationLifetime rather than overriding in
FS!
I will update quick patch to run jenkin again.
