[~varun_saxena], thanks for your prompt response. I am generally +1 on keeping
the LICENSE consistent with trunk especially considering the work done in
HADOOP-13780 but my concern from the branch-2 backport is we dropped a few
licenses and picked up few wrong versions (Java 8 instead of 7).
