Thanks [~leftnoteasy]. Attaching new patch after addressing all comments.
With this patch, I am getting below performance improvements
#ResourceTypes = 2. Avg of fastest 20: 57401.66
#ResourceTypes = 5. Avg of fastest 20: 50175.312
Earlier I was getting ~40k for 5 resource types.
