As per the next steps document on parent jira

Current thinking is around the lines of working on yarn-7055 branch, having
maven profiles which would do conditional compilation for hbase 2.x. The
default compilation will be for hbase 1.2.6 (or latest stable hbase).
We are thinking of doing this for the next TSv2 drop.
