Oh right, newNode is an RMNode but rmNode is an RMNodeImpl. My apologies for
missing that difference. I'm not thrilled with the new method and the
similarity to the other heartbeat setter method, but it works.
+1 for the trunk patch. The test failures appear to be unrelated to the patch
and pass for me locally with the patch applied.
Could you update the branch-2 and 2.8 patches accordingly? Thanks!
