Hi [~jianhe], [~billie.rinaldi], was the {{addCredentialsIfSecure}} call in
{{SliderClient#submitApp}} removed intentionally? I tried running a service but
it fails because the HDFS delegation token is not passed to the AM's container
launch context. Should we add this back in?
