Thanks [~haibo.chen] , catching up on hbase atsv2 jiras. I believe the hmaster
initialization failures are relevant.
Just thinking out loud, with hbase 2.0.0-beta1, we will have more changes in
coprocessors and tags. See HBASE-19092 .
