Uploaded v3 patch to fix checkstyle issues, the UT failures were not related.
Failures in TestNMWebServices is tracked by YARN-7594, and failures in
TestNodeLabelContainerAllocation is tracked by YARN-7507. [~asuresh],
[~kkaranasos] please help to review, thanks.
