Currently, QueueMetrics doesn't compute metrics for various resource types.
Based on

we do have plans to incorporate the same at Partition level and work is in
progress. Given this, first, we will need to start computing metrics for
various resource types at Queue level (may be in separate JIRA for easier
tracking) and then make use of those values for this JIRA changes. Thoughts?
