This is a valid point, [~pgaref]. I saw it as well when reviewing, but thought
it is okay for the first version, especially given we do not have a solid story
for generic node groups yet.
But you are right that we should support RACK, since it is already there in
YARN as a node group (and I have used it in the constraints API).
Let's file a separate JIRA for that.
