It would be best to understand the implication of turning on debug cause
exception to throw. The throwing exception might prevent other code to not
work as expected. I am getting an empty exception from rpc call to application
manager for yarn-services. This might be related.
We can keep this one reopened to track the reason for the exception, and how
much impact it would be to other code, and keep YARN-7629 committed as a
workaround to unblock trunk pre-commit test. We might need to undo YARN-7629
commit, if the thrown exception is an serious issue.
