I agree with [[email protected]], there are better ways, as he has
listed, to do this than plug in a new monitor. Also, do take a look at the
{{ResourceUtilizationTracker}} interface, which was actually designed to be
pluggable (although we havn't externalized any config. variable for it). It is
used by the ContainerScheduler to decide if there are resources available to
start a container.
