When RegistryDNS performs a lookup in an upstream DNS server and a CNAME record
is retrieved, it returns a response with only the CNAME record (there is no A
record, meaning no IP address is resolved). RegistryDNS should perform a lookup
on the new name from the CNAME record in an attempt to find an A record, which
would provide an IP address.
