As discussed offline by [~Naganarasimha] we need to implement in similar lines
with distributed Nodelabels. This JIRA depends on YARN-6858 (central store and
inmemory model at Resourcemanager side).
Central store/ResourceManager need to be updated based on individuals
attributes reported by Nodemanager. Following are planned once we move forward
on above mentioned JIRA
* Proto update to report Nodelabel attributes to ResourceManager
* Node attributes update based on {{NodeLabelsProvider}} or similar
implementation
Design planned
* Nodemanager side configuration based/Script based provider
* NodeAttributes types configuration in NM side based on YARN-6856 format.
(Mostly should be reuse of already existing interface )
Design Doc review comment
Nodemanager side CLI interface might not be required since from usage point of
view it will be overhead for admin, Instead configuration based will be better
since already existing configuration managers can be reused.
