Thanks [~cheersyang].
I think this works well when no: tags are lesser in nature for each node. Else
that column will be too wider.
Also this could be added new UI as well.
REST changes looks fine. May be later if more tags are there, similar to
yarn-app, we can have an exclude list, Thats beyond the scope of this jira.
For now, i think REST changes are fine.
