When DefaultResourceCalculator is configured, only Memory will work. I think
user really wants to use additional resource types and hence configured
resources in \{{resource-types.xml}}, so we enforce a strict validation where
more than 3 resource types are configured and CS's resource calculator is still
default. RM could fail-fast here indicating the problem.
