Environment: YARN-7782 enabled the Docker runtime feature to remap the
username to uid:gid form for launching Docker containers. The feature does an
{{id -u}} and {{id -G}} to get the UID and GIDs. This fails with the test user,
as that user doesn't actually exist on the host.
