[~csingh] the artifact at the Service level is for convenience purpose, such
that if the Service has multiple components and if most of them use the same
artifact, then it can be specified at the global level rather than repeating it
at every component. However note, there could be other components which can
have different artifacts. So this Service level artifact is not a
representation of the version of the Service. For upgrade purposes, it is a
good idea to explicitly expose a version attribute which represents the Service
version.
