Thanks for taking a look, [~gsaha]. Yes, a list of allowed networks exists as
an NM configuration property and a container-executor property. I'm not sure we
should validate against the NM configuration property in the AM or client; it's
possible the AM and client would not have access to the NM configuration. If
the network isn't allowed, I believe that it will show up in the AM log
currently.
