Per discussion with [~sunilg], we'll revisit if we need to keep
NodeAttributesProto in RegisterNodeManagerResponseProto in YARN-7856, no need
in this task. I have just committed this to the feature branch, thanks for the
review [~sunilg], [~bibinchundatt]!
