radar:
I suggest to add following changes, I put similar changes to GPU doc as well:

1) DominantResourceCalculator.
2) yarn.nodemanager.linux-container-executor.cgroups.mount
3) Distributed shell example can use the new syntax added to specify multiple
resource values instead of using resource profile.
