Summary: Component status stays "Ready" when yarn service is
stopped

Steps:
1) Launch yarn service application
2) Stop application
3) Run get status from yarn cli

4) Validate UI2 for service status
Here, Yarn service status is marked as "finished". However, components status
still shows Ready.
On stopping yarn service, component status should be updated to "Stop"
