[[email protected]] As i can see, {{updateNodeResource}} supports adding
new resource change (may be new resource typed value) for an NM. However are we
supporting refreshing {{resource-types.xml}} at runtime? We have to have a way
to add new resource types to resource-types.xml for RM and also some way to
support from NM too. updateNodeResource just support a way to add new resource
type values given those resource types are in RM. Thoughts?
