Ah, my bad. You are right [~billie.rinaldi].
[~leftnoteasy], is it possible to include this in 3.1.0? It is a simple patch
which introduces a mandatory version attribute in YARN service spec and will
help avoid unnecessary defaulting and extra code to handle service upgrades (a
critical feature for long-running services).
