[~leftnoteasy] Thanks for the review. Currently we do not support for
g:makerting-group:%user. Supporting this case seems valid like you mentioned -
queue mapping for user from specific groups alone instead of just
u:%user:%user. Have added this in the latest patch and also added end to end
tests with normal queue mapping along with the auto creation of queue behaviour
tests with parent queue.
