While using this feature, I found that 
{{docker.privileged-containers.registries=}} takes affect for non-privileged 
container as well: when a non-privileged docker being launched by YARN, this 
parameter controls trusted docker image name.

There're two combinations: 
a. privileged container + user-specified docker image name.
b. non-privileged container + user-specified docker image name.

>From the documentation:
bq. Comma separated list of trusted docker registries for running trusted 
privileged docker containers.  By default, no registries are defined.

It should only affect a) However, b) will be also affected by the new added 
config. 

Could you elaborate what is the expected behavior?
