Description:
It is observed that when we change the version number of hadoop leading build
failure because of dependency resolution conflicts for HBase-2 compilation. We
see below error which tells that hbase-server has dependency on hadoop-distcp.
We also need to exclude hadoop-distcp from exclusion list.
