Haibo, Rohith and I had a discussion on this over hangouts. I think we are in 
agreement on the approach and the patch overall looks like it aligns with our 
discussion. But we will review the patch once again tomorrow and proceed. We 
chatted briefly about YARN-3401 since we need to think about entity types and 
evaluate who can write what entities.
