[~eyang], thanks for testing out the patch! I think I know the issue that you
stated above and it's a permissions issue with accessing the .cmd file. Reading
the file as the NM should do the trick and fix the issue. Path 009 adds this
functionality in. Let me know if it still doesn't work and I will debug
further.
