Couple of bugs discovered by [~shaneku...@gmail.com]
1. If the user tries to upgrade one of the fields that are not supported yet,
then the error should be communicated to the client before the service enters
the UPGRADE state.
2. When a service has a value for lifetime and then it is upgrade, then upgrade
cannot be successfully initiated.
