Tested on NUMA machine with 2 nodes, each node has 20 physical cores and with
HT enabled, 40 logical cores per node, 40+40 cores in total, the result is
correct.
Also tested on non-NUMA machines with 8 cores, 32 cores and 48 cores
respectively, the results are all correct.
