You did bring a good point here. All the tests in that package
(linux/privileged) seem to run successfully in Windows except this test that is
being fixed by this patch. YARN-8359 is for the package (linux/runtime) where
the tests actually are failing in Windows for proper security reasons.
We need to figure it out if this test has to run in Windows or not.
