Two minor comments
1) Let's add a comment above ` when(cgroups.getPathForCGroup(any(),
any())).thenReturn("10000");` that 10000 will be passed to the sleep command.
This is a little hacky, so worth a comment I think.
2) there is a misspelling, `aviod` -> 'avoid'
