Thanks [~abmodi] for the patch. I have one minor comment. We can rename the
configuration from "yarn.timeline-service.aggregation-interval-secs" to
"yarn.timeline-service.app-aggregation-interval-secs" so that we can more
explicit about the fact that is is controlling the in-memory app-level
aggregation. LGTM otherwise.
