When there is an error collecting the data from the subclusters, there is not
details:

org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.router.webapp.FederationInterceptorREST:
Subcluster 1 failed to return nodesInfo.
[FederationInterceptorREST #2]
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.router.webapp.FederationInterceptorREST:
Subcluster 0 failed to return nodesInfo.
We should add the message for the exception.
