Currently, there is no unit test for testing the functionality -
FINISHED_CONTAINERS_PULLED_BY_AM event while Decommissioning of node. This
patch provides the same to check the AM has pulled the containers from the RM;
then the RM will inform the NM about it and the NM can remove the completed
container from its list during DECOMMISSIONING.
