Summary: Multi-user support for application catalog

The current application catalog will launch applications as the user who runs
the application catalog. This allows personalized application catalog. It
would be nice if the application catalog can launch application as the end user
who is viewing the application catalog. This may require to enhance yarn
native service api to support impersonation via REST API.
