Thanks for raising this [~bibinchundatt].
I vote that we target this patch for 3.2.0 and in the next 3.0.x and 3.1.x
releases, we update the documentation stating that Distributed Scheduling is
incompatible with authorization. Do not think it is right to add new config
parameters to dot releases.
