Right now, NMCollectorService updates the conf NM_COLLECTOR_SERVICE_ADDRESS
after it starts the service, but PerNodeTimelineCollectorsAux service starts as
an auxiliary service and has it's own copy of conf. Due to this
PerNodeTimelinecollector still tries to reach out to default port of
NMCollectorService.
