Thanks for updating the patch!

It seems a bit awkward that remove_docker_container and exec_docker_container 
receives an array of argument pointers and the number of pointers but then also 
an offset into that array to start parsing.  I think it would be simpler if the 
functions interpreted their args parameters as-is, and it was up to the caller 
to pass only relevant arguments.  For example, main.c could pass (argv + 
optind, argc - optind) for argv and argc, respectively.  It's cheap, easy, and 
simplifies the logic in those docker functions since they don't have to deal 
with skipping unrelated arguments.

Otherwise patch looks good to me.
