As per my discussion with Sean on HBASE-15666, here are the next steps.
We have a separate module for the tests that use the mini-cluster, called as
'hadoop-yarn-server-timelineservice-hbase-tests'.
This module only has test code and is not required for cluster deployment. So,
in the pom for that module, I will see if we can use the non-shaded client (&
dependencies) in test-scope and exclude the shaded jars inherited from other
dependent modules.
